Updated for this season. For adults 21 and older. Vaping products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical.
Quick answer: The best online vape shops in the USA check your age before you pay, ship only by private carrier with an adult signature, carry authentic products from major brands, and tell you up front which states they cannot ship to. Element Vape, VaporDNA and EightVape are among the largest national retailers; Mi-Pod and Breazy are popular for disposables and pod systems; Flawless Vape Shop and VaporBeast are long-running hardware and e-liquid sellers; and smaller specialists such as 123 Vape, Vape 1010 and PerfectVape compete on focused selection and price. Below, ten retailers compared side by side, and how to choose.
How we compared these shops
Buying vapes online is not like buying sneakers online. Since the federal PACT Act was extended to vaping products, online sellers have to verify a buyer’s name, date of birth and address against commercial databases, ship only through private carriers (the U.S. Postal Service cannot deliver vaping products), and get a signature from an adult 21 or older at the door. Many states add their own taxes, registration rules and flavor restrictions. A shop that skips those steps is not a bargain; it is a risk to your order and your money.
So we compared each retailer on six things a buyer actually feels:
- Age verification: does the shop verify age at checkout, and how much hassle is it?
- Legal shipping: private carrier, adult signature, and a clear list of states and ZIP codes it cannot serve.
- Delivery speed: how quickly orders leave the warehouse.
- Brand range: disposables, pod systems, mods, tanks and e-liquids from recognized manufacturers.
- Price and promotions: everyday pricing, free-shipping minimums and how often sales run.
- Support and returns: how easy it is to reach a person and fix a problem.
No ranking can promise a shop ships to your address; state laws change often. Always check the retailer’s shipping-restrictions page with your ZIP code before you order.

The 10 best online vape shops in the USA
1. Element Vape
Element Vape is one of the biggest names in online vaping, known for a very large inventory that runs from disposables and pod kits to box mods, tanks, coils and e-liquids. Its age policy asks U.S. buyers for their legal name, address, date of birth and the last four digits of a Social Security number, checked against public records, with a government ID upload as the fallback. The shop has advertised free domestic shipping on qualifying orders, and it offers a ZIP-code checker so you can confirm eligibility before checkout.
Choose it if you want the widest selection and do not mind a thorough age check. Watch for state and ZIP restrictions on certain product types.
2. VaporDNA
VaporDNA, which says it has been selling since 2013, built its reputation on hardware: advanced mods, sub-ohm tanks, rebuildable atomizers and premium devices, alongside pod systems and e-liquids. It is a common stop for vapers who already know what they want and care about brand authenticity and support.
Choose it if you are upgrading your device. Watch for higher price points on premium gear.
3. EightVape
EightVape is known for pod kits, e-liquids and a steady rhythm of promotions and bundle deals. Its catalog leans toward everyday devices and refills that most vapers reorder.
Choose it if you shop sales and stock up. Watch for sale items with limited stock or specific restrictions.
4. Mi-Pod
Mi-Pod is best known for disposables and pod systems, the simple, ready-to-use devices that make up a large share of today’s market. Its range is narrower than the giant catalogs, which some buyers prefer.
Choose it if you want simple devices without browsing hundreds of mods. Watch for flavor availability, which varies by state.
5. Breazy
Breazy is often recommended for its clean, easy-to-use website and a broad assortment of e-liquids and devices. For someone buying online for the first time, a clear site with good filters matters more than it sounds.
Choose it if you want an easy shopping experience. Watch for the free-shipping minimum on smaller orders.
6. 123 Vape
123 Vape is a U.S. online retailer focused on the brands most adult vapers actually buy, with {{123 standout category}} at the center of its catalog. Rather than listing thousands of products, it keeps a tighter range of popular disposables, pod systems and e-liquids, which makes reordering a favorite quick. Orders typically ship {{123 typical ship time}}, and free shipping starts at {{123 free-shipping minimum}}. Like every compliant seller, it verifies age at checkout and ships by private carrier with an adult signature.
Choose it if you know your brand and want a fast, simple reorder. Watch for state restrictions listed at checkout.
7. Flawless Vape Shop
Flawless Vape Shop, which says it has operated since 2014, carries an extensive catalog of mods, tanks and atomizers alongside liquids. It is a favorite of hobbyists who build and tune their setups.
Choose it if you are into hardware. Watch for compatibility between coils, tanks and devices before you order.
8. Vape 1010
Vape 1010 is a U.S. online shop built around value: {{1010 standout category}} at competitive everyday prices, with free shipping from {{1010 free-shipping minimum}}. Orders usually ship {{1010 typical ship time}}. Age is verified before payment and every package goes out by private carrier with adult-signature delivery, as federal law requires.
Choose it if you reorder the same products and watch price. Watch for state and ZIP restrictions shown at checkout.
9. VaporBeast
VaporBeast, based in Florida, operates as both a distributor and a retailer, which lets it carry deep inventory across brands. It is known for quick order turnaround and is popular with buyers who purchase in larger quantities.
Choose it if you buy in bulk. Watch for the difference between wholesale and retail accounts.
10. PerfectVape
PerfectVape, based in Oklahoma, is known for budget-friendly e-liquids and DIY mixing supplies, along with basic hardware. It suits shoppers who put price first.
Choose it if you want low prices on liquids or mix your own. Watch for local rules on e-liquid and nicotine sales in your state.
How to choose the right online vape shop for you
Start with your state and ZIP code
Before you compare prices, confirm the shop can ship to you. Several states restrict flavored products or online delivery, and some cities add their own rules. Good retailers show restrictions at checkout or offer a ZIP checker.
Expect a real age check
Federal law requires online sellers to verify your name, date of birth and address against commercial databases, and to collect an adult signature at delivery. If a site lets you check out with only a birthday box and promises to leave the package at your door, treat that as a warning sign, not a convenience.
Match the shop to what you buy
- Disposables and pods: Mi-Pod, 123 Vape, Vape 1010, EightVape.
- Mods, tanks and rebuildables: VaporDNA, Flawless Vape Shop, Element Vape.
- E-liquids and DIY: Breazy, PerfectVape, EightVape.
- Bulk orders: VaporBeast, Element Vape.
Compare the real total
A low item price can disappear once state excise tax, shipping and adult-signature fees are added. Compare the checkout total, including the free-shipping minimum, not the sticker price.
Buy authentic
Counterfeit disposables are common. Established retailers buy from brand distributors and can tell you where a product came from. Be wary of prices far below what major shops charge for the same device.
Shipping rules every online vape buyer should know
| Rule | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Minimum age 21 nationwide | Under Tobacco 21, no retailer can legally sell to anyone under 21. |
| Age verification at checkout | Expect to enter your name, address and date of birth; some shops ask for the last four of your SSN or an ID upload. |
| No USPS delivery | The Postal Service cannot deliver vaping products, so orders ship by private carrier. |
| Adult signature at delivery | Someone 21 or older must sign; packages cannot be left at the door or in a locker. |
| State taxes and restrictions | Some states add excise tax at checkout or restrict flavors and online delivery. |
Red flags: how to spot a risky online vape shop
| Red flag | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| No age check, or only a birthday box | Compliant sellers must verify identity; a shop that skips it may also skip other rules. |
| Promises of doorstep or mailbox delivery | Vaping products require an adult signature; unattended delivery suggests the order is not shipped legally. |
| Ships to every state with no restrictions listed | Some states and cities limit flavors or online sales; a shop with no restrictions page is not tracking them. |
| Prices far below major retailers | Deep discounts on popular disposables are a common sign of counterfeit stock. |
| No physical business details or support contact | If something goes wrong with an order, you need a real company to reach. |
| No clear return or damaged-item policy | Devices can arrive defective; a written policy shows the shop stands behind what it sells. |
None of the ten shops above should show these signs, but policies change. Take two minutes to check the age policy, shipping-restrictions page and return policy before your first order with any retailer.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best online vape shop in the USA?
It depends on what you buy. Element Vape has one of the largest catalogs, VaporDNA and Flawless Vape Shop are strong for hardware, and smaller shops like 123 Vape and Vape 1010 focus on popular disposables and pods at competitive prices.
Is it legal to buy vapes online in the USA?
Yes, for adults 21 and older, from retailers that follow federal and state rules: age verification, private-carrier shipping and adult-signature delivery. Some states restrict certain products or deliveries.
Why do vape shops ask for my Social Security number?
Some use the last four digits to match your identity against public records, as federal law requires them to verify age with commercial databases. A government ID upload is usually the alternative.
Can vapes be shipped by USPS?
No. The Postal Service cannot deliver vaping products, so retailers use private carriers.
Why do I have to sign for my vape order?
Federal rules require an adult 21 or older to sign at delivery, so packages cannot be left unattended.
How fast do online vape orders arrive?
Most established shops ship within one or two business days; delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location.
Why can’t some shops ship to my state?
Several states and cities restrict flavored products or online sales. Check the shop’s shipping-restrictions page or ZIP checker before ordering.
How do I avoid fake disposables?
Buy from established retailers, compare prices against major shops, and be cautious of deals that look far too low.
The bottom line
The best online vape shop is the one that verifies your age properly, ships legally to your address, carries authentic products from the brands you use, and is honest about its total price. Large national retailers win on range; focused shops like 123 Vape and Vape 1010 win on simplicity and price for the products most people reorder. Check your state’s rules, compare the checkout total, and buy from retailers that follow the law.
